Catechism on the go

Lately, I haven't had time to do much more than breathe and finish my homework. But as my day goes on, I find myself inserting little Catholic tidbits into conversations... just fun facts that people often don't know about. In small ways, I'm hoping to help catechize a little bit.

I wish I could have a portable, electronic, searchable version of the CCC, the GIRM, and the CCL. That would make my life a lot easier, instead of memorizing everything... stupid brain has a tendency to take facts and digest them so that they are still true but I forget the source. Blah.

If one person a week listens to what I discovered that week, takes it to heart, and passes it on to all his/her friends, I think the school will be much more educated.

Thanks for being such a great Evangelizer for the Church. Every lay Catholic should do the same.

Nice blog.

I hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving.

Ink,

Arialdus has been praising your blog for some time now and I never got around to reading it until now. I see what he's been talking about now. I'm so glad to see that we have some orthodox among our high school students.

As another young person in the DoR who has probably networked a bit farther and wider than you have, I can honestly say that there is hope for the faith in our area. Orthodox circles have persisted, sprung up, and even flourished these last 30 years. They aren't terribly well united, but being so spread out, we can spread seeds in more parishes and ministries.

There is hope my friend and make sure to read the Good Book through to its conclusion, God wins.

May God bless you every day,
Bellarmine
